Susan Almeida, co-founder, assists service providers improve profitability - from product management and marketing to cost/profitability analysis and operational improvements - across next generation wireless, wireline, managed services and cloud computing/SaaS/PaaS/HaaS/IaaS intiatives. Susan assists enterprises with their most strategic infrastructure and operational management decisions in support of next gen networking, virtualized enterprise and cloud computing initiatives. Susan assists system vendors expand their penetration into service providers and enterprises through whitepapers, business cases, and market strategy.

Ms. Almeida brings a multidisciplinary background in the IT/networking industry to her consulting work with over twenty-five years experience as executive manager, management consultant and industry analyst at global enterprise, service provider, systems and solution vendors. Susan is a widely quoted authority with over 100 articles, panel presentations, webinars and TV appearances. An early evangelist, she pioneered of commercial deployments of managed network, security, and data center services which have become the prototype for services offerings common today.

Formerly, Susan was Vice President, Global Services at CallMiner, leader in speech analytics driven business intelligence software and managed services at the world's largest enterprise and government call centers. She injected critical processes slashing 50-server CRM-integrated deployments from nine months to three, while delivering 100% revenue in complex partner and customer cross-functional integration environments. Developed portfolio of managed services and drove innovative product roadmap.

Susan was Executive Director of Product and Strategic Marketing at CoSine Communications where she spearheaded the launch of unified SaaS-enabling platform enabling service providers to offer both next generation enterprise managed network, security and content delivery services along with "anywhere roaming" triple play service to content-hungry broadband consumers from the cloud.

Susan leveraged her in-depth knowledge of enterprise IT and networking operations when tapped as General Manager, Singapore Telecom, responsible for this multi-billion progressive provider's America's business unit, focused on growing leading edge managed networking and managed data center services business with 300 Fortune 500 customers in the US.

Susan spent more than a decade at HP (Digital) managing worldwide operations and strategy for 100,000 user globally distributed IT/networking multi-million infrastructure in over 130 countries. Leading edge implementations, massive scale architectural transitions and deployments, industry-leading metrics and operational processes, strategic vendor management and the world's first IT/networking outsourcing deal.

Susan holds a B.S. in management and electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, served as instructor at Northeastern University State-of-the-Art technology program, and on the boards of SUNY and University of San Francisco's technology programs.
